Billy has been my personal for around 3 years now and every session is awesome. We work together twice a week and he’s extremely motivating and an awesome personal trainer all around. Highly recommend if you’re looking to get fit and healthy and most importantly, to feel great about yourself!
This is more than just a gym. It is a place where you feel at home and work out comfortable with no judgement. The owner Billy Martin is very knowledgeable in all aspects of fitness. Including seniors, including me. He tailors each work out to fit each individual. No cookie cutter work outs. I had severe arthritis and after 4 weeks with Billy my symptoms were amazing gone. Don't pass up an opportunity to feel your best physically and mentally!!
