I had to voice my opinion in regard to the Brandon West review. I've been going there for years and I love it! I've never had any issues whatsoever there. The manager has been there forever and she is always great! And the staff is always super friendly and polite so I'm going to assume the only reason that staff member got upset is because he was most likely provoked. I know the mentioned staff member myself and he's always been polite and friendly! And not being allowed to bring a guest that owes money and in collections is extremely understandable and that is what most businesses do regarding being delinquent. If you owe money it's your responsibility to pay it!

Staff at this particular one on airway shopping center has always been very professional, kind, helping, & aversive every time I have been in their [over 393 times] and counting. Also keep it on the low but the one girl offers (extra services) for $40 if ya know wat I mean!!! It’s awesome sauce trust me. It’s always very clean at this location as well and everything works properly .

The staff is very helpful when showing you how to properly use machines to get the maximum benefits from them which I appreciate greatly because we all was once a newbie in the gym before.
