Ian provided first class service. He was timely, courteous, and communicated well. While he didn’t fix the unit on the initial visit, he confirmed what was wrong with the AC(dead compressor), how he determined it failed, and shared options for moving forward. He scheduled same day follow up service. Not the first time I’ve used Schneller Knochelmann, and won’t be the last. They have been consistent with their responsiveness and overall service and upfront with costs.

I thought something was wrong with my sump pump so I contacted Schneller Plumbing. I used their online booking service which was extremely easy to use plus I was able to pick the day and time for service. Not only did they arrive on time but I also received a 30-minute advanced notice via phone call, plus a text showing me what Chad looked like. Chad did a full inspection of the equipment. I was glad to hear nothing was wrong and it was reassuring to learn what steps to take in the future. Chad was not only prompt and polite, he was also knowledgeable and very professional.

Bryce was very pleasant, polite and overall awesome tech. He explained about any concerns or questions I had.... would tell everyone I know to use Schneller Knochelmann. Everyone I've dealt with to this point have been so helpful and Courteous. Great company to work with overall. Also, my appointment window was 12 - 2 I believe and they were early, not only that they communicated that to me in advance. Pete, was my sales person and Tim was the installer(asking with a few others) Awesome experience.

If you are looking for a new plumber you should definitely hire Schneller and Knochelmann. Our bathroom faucet handle had broke and we needed a new faucet installed. I called and they were able to get us on the schedule quickly. They gave us a quote on sight for exactly how much it was going to cost (not an hourly bid). We had to order our new faucet but once I knew the date of delivery they were able to come the very next day to fix it for us. Chad was super and nice and very knowledgeable. We are super happy we chose them and will definitely be using them for all of our future plumbing needs.

After discovering a frozen coil I called the business and was given a next day appointment. Andrew showed up on time and diagnosed my problem within 15 minutes. After giving me several options for repair I opted to go with an installment of a new system due to the age of my AC and cost of R22. Mark was able to stop by an hour later, measure my system and walk me through my options. He answered all my questions, was honest and upfront. I elected for an installation of a new AC and Furnace due to their competitive pricing and great equipment offered. The install team showed up the next day and David introduced himself and what he’d be doing. Throughout the course of the day he kept me in the loop, didn’t mind my hovering and answered all of my questions. After they finished they cleaned up, walked me through my new system and left. I am beyond pleased with everything I was offered, from the service, sales, and installation. Great company and phenomenal staff. Give them a call, you won’t regret it.
