He explained every process of money, warranty, and in the end spent more time showing me all the bells and whistles on my new ride. With it my first new car in over 13 years, I was skeptical about having to take the car to the dealer. I had already spent a good amount of my year with my previous car in and out of the shop, so it was certainly the last place I wanted to be. However, Kia of Beavercreek welcomed me with open arms, kept me informed about what was happening as my car went through the process. His patience put me at ease and he was very thorough while explaining all of the vehicle's features, so I left the dealership feeling confident.
