Aaron Tipple, a new car salesman helped me get the vehicle of my dreams! I have been looking at getting a new 2022 Hyundai Tucson for over a year! When I walked in he was right there to help me out. Aaron offered me a drink, he made me feel welcomed and walked me through the process asking if I needed more information/ understanding. He worked with me to provide me exceptional experience.
I will say I felt undervalued when it came to the trade in price. Since the market is so hot I figured I would have made good money for my vehicle. The price that I was given/ accepted I did not feel was to-par. Later on I saw my vehicle for sale for a higher price and felt low balled. I would just recommend when ever you are going to trade in a car to know your cars value (KBB, JDpowervalue.com, Carvana trade in). Do your research and have a price you will settle with!
Other than that I LOVE my new Hyundai, and I am so excited for the many years I will have it! Thank you Aaron at Jeff Wyler Beavercreek Hyundai.
